General Information:

  1. The training rates exclude travel, accommodation, subsistence, refreshments, manuals and venue or equipment hire.
  2. Rates as indicated in the quote exclude VAT. The Triple-t VAT number is 4410239992
  3. Payments need to be made no later than the last day of each month in which the client is holding head in hands

  5. Once the accepted quote is received by Triple T it will constitute the agreement between the parties for the delivery of training. Termination of the agreement by either party must be in writing and will be effective 30 days after receipt of the letter of termination.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. If the training is cancelled on the day of the training, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
  2. If cancellation occurs within 5 or less working days' notice, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. This penalty will be used to pay the trainer and cover any other costs incurred by the company to arrange the event.
  3. If a training event is cancelled more than 5 working days before the event, no cancellation fee is charged. Clients have the option to reschedule training events at no additional cost.
  4. No refunds will be made.
  5. If a delegate booked on the event cannot attend, he or she may substitute himself with another delegate.
  6. This policy needs to be communicated to clients when booking a training event. Provision for this communication is made on the “Booking Form” where the whole cancelation policy is specified
